Dessert: Chocolate Mousse Ingredients for 2 people: Crab cakes 1/4 of Cup of mayonnaise 1/4 cup chives 2 egg yolks 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1/2 cup of coriander tablespoons of coriander 1 tablespoon lemon wedge 500 gr of crab meat 2 cups of Panko 1 tablespoon of mustard Salt and pepper to taste 6 tablespoons of butter sauce 1/2 cup of oil 1/2 tablespoons of mustard 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice 2 tablespoons coriander 1 tablespoon of chives Bearnaise sauce 1 yolk 125 gr of butter Fresh or dried tarragon failing replace with Rosemary 1 tablespoon of white vinegar 1 tablespoon red onion 800 gr of beef tenderloin Rice Asparagus 1/3 cup of breadcrumb 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 lb fresh asparagus 1/4 cup peppermint Salt and pepper to taste The juice of 2 lemons Chocolate mousse 2 cups of milk cream 4 egg yolks 3 spoonfuls of sugar 210 gr of semi-bitter chocolate Optional strawberries
